Yahoo

The 24 hour clock was made by Fordnox and ported to Yahoo! Widgets. It doesn’t have a minutes and seconds arrow – just hours. The hand will follow the sun; at midnight the hand will point down through the earth toward the sun. At noon, the hand will point up in the sky toward the sun as well.

  4. Andrius Said,

Please read FAQ according information why this Wordpress plugin clock does not work on IE

  5. Michael Meder Said,

I like your widget very much. I am not much of a widget programmer, but I would like to see a clock depicting sunrise and sunset which could very easily be based on your widget.

The variables for sunrise and sunset could be retrieved from, say, almanac.com for a particular zip code (in the US, of course), and then, with the clock set for 12 noon at top, draw a line from the sunrise time to the sunset time, and have a bright colored area above that line and a dark color below that line to show day and night.

    What do you think?

    Thanks, Mike

  6. hector Said,

    thanks for the clock
a problem is it cant be resized? could you set this?

also something similar to above if we could just color some parts that represent night, meal time
time at work, etc that’d really help

    thanks

  7. Pradeep Said,

    Very Neat Product!

Please add scalability…. I want a BIIIG Clock

  8. Andrius Said,

    To: Pradeep
I am very pleased that you like my work. I will add more features to this clock. But I can only do this on my free time, so can’t promise it will happen very soon.

  9. Imre Oks,I know it's strange,England/UK Said,

    Neat!

although like Pradreep i want to change the size of this clock and i do wish i could change it a bit more than now but
    it is still really neat!!!

  10. Pat Said,

Very nice clock. Here are a few ideas for improvements.

    It would be nice to:
    1- have scalability
2- show “hour values” around the clock in a clearer way (e.g. only show 0, 6, 12, 18 hours) & not so close to lines
3- choose the clock style (other than flat thick lines: e.g. thinner lines, classic curved hands, etc)
4- have an option to see smaller external tick marks for minutes (such as 3 lines for 15 minutes intervals, 5 for 10 minutes, etc.)

    Great work!

  11. Pat Said,

Forgot to mention that the 24-hours system is the “International” (ISO) system, not “Military”.

To count twice 12 hours per day is like using miles, inches, ounces, gallons, slugs and stones.
It works, but the ISO system is much simpler and efficient.
